Yellow is THE color for summer. Sunny yellow and mustard are the most fashionable hues, but sunny yellow, in particular, look fabulous on everyone both dark and fair skinned, especially blondes.

For those who are not inclined to wearing a bold colored dress, try a yellow lizard skin clutch instead like Hilary Duff has from Singer 22.
